HELP! Baby chick acts sick!

I have a chick that a Hen hatched, and she is 9 days old. Today she seems to be sick, keeps her eyes closed, just peeps, will not walk around, stumbles. Even when I hold her in my hand she acts like she cant keep her balance. Please help if you know some of these symptoms, she was fine yesterday and I've gotten to be attached to her.

mine did it yesterday and died.. now I have another one doing the same thing... like u I got attached to them I have 8 well 7 now but if snowy goes it will be 6.. I gave snowy sugar water.. and wiped her butt cuz it looked like she has diareha.. I even clipped round her but cuz I couldn't wash it off... then I put her under the red light...now as I write this all I can do is pray and hope she pulls thru... I can't help u cuz i'm going thru the same thing but what I can tell u is... ur not the only one going thru this.. i'm going thru it as well

ACV in their water? Using any kind of antibiotics in their water? Just throwing out some ideas...and praying that they pull thru.
