I would put it back into the end of the shell so it can absorb the rest. Put the chick into shell then into a cup or something to keep it in the shell. It should take an hour or so to finish absorbing the yolk sack contents. And yes I agree back in the incubator is best.

Put it back in the incubator, where it is warm and humid and hope the rest of that absorbs inside.

I agree, leave it back in the incubator. I had one this morning with half the yolk hanging out. After two hours it had absorbed it and doing good now.
