HELP! Baby Chick looks like gasping for air, not eating/drinking, and laying down.

We hatched our own chicks for the first time about 4 days ago. One of our chicks are clearly struggling. The rest are perky and active chicks!
Symptoms
Smaller than the rest
Looks like it is gasping for air/breathing hard
Stool is clear with some white
Won’t eat
Won’t drink
I have been giving it water and good with a dropper.
WHAT DO I DO!
Broader is at 90-95 degrees.

Sorry you face this.

The chicks that won't eat or drink by day 4... are gonna fail in my experience. The gasping is it dying, system failure is imminent without nutrients. I would cull instead of letting it pass slowly... BUT this is NOT my first time.
