Help! Baby Chick trips over own neck!

I have a 3 week old easter egger who seems to rub it's right side of head on the ground and run backwards. It does this every couple minutes. Any idea? @Eggcessive

That may be a neurological symptom similar to wry neck. It can be from a vitamin deficiency or a head injury, and some chickens can inherit the tendency for wry neck. I would give some vitamin E and thiamine (B1) which you could find in Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell vitamins. Dosage is 1 ml daily.
