Help! Barred Rock Hen Lethargic and just laid a white egg!?

My Barred Rock Hen just laid a white egg (her eggs are normally brown) and she is not acting normal. She is the top in the pecking order yet is not asserting herself as usual and is a bit lathargic. The feathers around her neck are also strange looking and she has a patch of feathers missing under her beak. I have quarantined her- but don't know what else to do or what it could be. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry she's not doing well. Does she have any other symptoms besides being lethargic?
Has she been eating well? Is her crop full?

It looks like her crop is a bit swollen so she might be crop bound. If you feel her crop and it seems hard you could try massaging it. I'm not sure why she is missing feathers or why she laid a different color egg.
