help broody mama lost three eggs

I am hatching four silkie chicks from a broody silkie..I checked this morning and three were gone. After digging around in the bedding around her I found them but they were cold. Will they still hatch? I just put them back under her.

My broody hens do this because they know they are bad. If they where good they might hatch depending on how long they where out from under her. If they are like this again tomorrow they probably are bad (try candling the eggs).
