HELP bump on top of eye

help any idea of what might be? I have only been a chicken mom for 13 weeks.
She is not eating much and is not her fiesty self today. I was told to lance it. I tried to numb it and lance it. It was hard to break the skin. When I broke it a little blood seeped, I put a topical terramycin on it. I have her separated in a dog crate in my house. She is quiet (again unlike her) I have healthy flock water, food and watermelon with dried oregano sprinkles. Not sure what else to do. Help!!

How old is she?

Any lice or mites?

Hard to know what caused the bump. Could be a bug bite. Since you lanced it, I'd keep it cleaned and apply triple antibiotic ointment.

What is healthy flock water?

When was her last egg?
I'd make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Photos of her poop would be good.

No mites, fleas or ticks. I clean their run 4 times a day. Thei coop where they sleep is cleaned every morning.(I sorta have OCD about cleanliness) I am keeping antibiotics on her.

Flock water has probiotics, oregano and electrolytes in it. (By Purdue)

I also gave the entire flock corrid as a precaution.

She is not egg laying yet. She is only 13 weeks old.
