HELP! Chick fell into water

My father accidently dropped a chick into water. Chick is dry but lost its balance easily, skin is pale, veins in the leg is visible and slightly lost her appetite. What should i do to help her? I suspect she got water in her lungs

She is probably cold so keep ger warm and keep for and water in front of her. If needed wrap her in a towel!

I did and the accident happend yesterday and today she looks paler then before. Still cant balance herself and weak.

Get her very warm!!! Get her wrapped in a blanket and under the heat lamp or supervise near a fireplace. Pics?

SHe is warm! I seperated her, she's inside, rolled into a tiny burrito , ate and drank water

Hopefully it didn't aspirate water because that won't be good. If it's eating and drinking it should recover...

water because that won't he said she fell down head first into water and he immediately got her out and dried her without even telling me. I wrapped her up ,she s dry and warm but still her loss of balance and visible veins worries me

You can try a drop or two of nutridrench, that might get her enough of a boost to fight off what ever is ailing her. I suspect she did aspirate some, but all you really can do at this point is provide supportive care. If you start hearing raspy breathing, then possibly antibiotics can help.

Her skin was brighter and i couldnt see the veins either
