help! chick with limp feet?

I recently hatched a new batch (is it called a batch?) of chicks, but i realized that one of them has 2 limp feet and is walking on it’s leg joint rather than it’s feet. I noticed when i saw it was very limp and wasn’t going to eat food or drink water and looked more like it was pushing itself forward rather than walking! i have attached a photo of their feet, and i hope someone will help me with this issue!
