Help! Chicken dragging wing and limping

My poor ayam cemani chicken just started dragging her wing and limping. She's still eating and drinking good. But I'm really worried about her, she also has poop sticking to her butt. I live in northeast Ohio, and the past few nights it's been in the negatives. I just rinsed her off, that's why she looks wet, but her wing is swollen. ALso I'm not 100% sure if she's actually a girl

I'm not really sure what the issue could be, is it possible she was attacked by something? any puncture wounds. maybe got stuck someplace and pulled free? best I can offer is keep her in a cage with food and water maybe with the rest of the hens. watch for a week or so and see if it improves.

She's only in the cage with one other chicken which I believe is a young rooster. And nothing could have got to her, she's is a really secure coop. I've read everything and I am still so lost. Maybe a vitamin B deficiency?

if she is in a cage with a young rooster , he could be the issue, he is most likely trying to mount her
