My ten month old hen has a bloated, heavy and drooping abdomen. It is not watery, but it does seem like she’s uncomfortable to the touch. Hard to tell if it’s increasing in size. She is eating and drinking regularly, comb is red, still laying and still has her sassy, curious personality. Poop was normal up until today and now I’m getting super concerned, see pictures for reference. The droppings have an unusual, but faint smell. Pictures attached are right after her bottom was soaked. Thoughts on what is going on?!

I would see how her poops are tomorrow. Check her crop to make sure it's empty in the morning.
Getting a fecal float is always a good idea.

The bloated/heavy/droopy abdomen if it doesn't feel like it has fluid in it, it could be fat or possibly a result of reproductive problem - at some point she may have laid internally.
If she is acting normal, sassy, laying eggs with no problems, eating/drinking, then I would just monitor her.

If she has laid internally, she may have egg peritonitis, which is something a vet would need to take care of. If there abdomen issue doesn't resolve, or gets worse, she will need to see a vet. There are options, depending on what the purpose of the chicken is, but that is something to discuss with the vet.
