Help chickens dying

Hi there to all. I have had a few chickens die i got from a hatchery. All showing similar symptoms. Gasping for air, lethargic, stretching neck forward. It has been awhile since i lost any. Here recently i have a silkie whos eyes are closed but no other symptoms. She has been in confinement and now i have 3 others that have labored raspy breaathing and gurgling noises but no other signs. What is going on?

More on the silkie. Her eyes are puffy swollen and closed. No coughing, no raspy breathing. Good apetite etc. Just closed eyes. She has been on ABT eye drops, oral ABT and the works with no improvement. Thanks

Cant understand what is happening. Most of this is happening to the bantams and special chickens. All my laying hens are fine.
