HELP! Coccidiosis? I don’t see any blood though.

Hi everyone! I hope I can get some help identifying what is going on with my baby chick.. I’m not sure if she has coccidiosis and if not, what’s going on with her body and digestion. Her poop has mucus or water around it and it doesn’t look like all the other chicks poop. She drinks an abnormal amount of water too, but she’s in a normal temperature environment. She has no issues eating either. So far I’ve tried a little bit of yogurt and some probiotics/electrolytes and polyvisol for her possible wry neck. I’ve given her some scrambled egg too. Poor thing I feel like she’s got one too many issues. If there is anything that I can do please let me know! Thank you in advance.

Thank you! She’s still alive and seems okay.. she’s still pooping out clear liquid with some substance, but I still don’t know what is going on.. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. I’ve given her and the other chicks ACV in their water.. she plays with the chicks but sometimes she likes to be alone. I have no idea what to do I need help. She’s growing, but she does fluff out her feathers and she kinda puts her neck in and looks like she has no neck if that makes sense.
