So about a week or two ago I took my boy out onto the driveway and after walking normally for a few seconds he started jumping/slipping/sliding/lifting his feet iradictly around him.
I thought maybe it was because there might have been salt thrown down, but today again I set him out in the garage (no salt) and he did it again numerous times, though not constantly.
I have two ideas for what this could be:
    - His feet are itchy because he has maybe the start of scaly feet? (No experience with this, just a hunch)
    - His spurs are starting to come in, maybe that's irritating him, like teeth for human?
    - The floor is cold
I have some not so good pictures of his feet, but I have no idea how to upload a video.
His legs are blue/grey at the top, and pink at the toes, so maybe it is the cold, or just his normal color?

I can't record it now as it's dark out, could you link me a video or something of the "wing dance"? When he does this movement he looks irritated, not like he's doing it for show.

when he does this do his toes curl at all? Does he seem stiff legged? Do his legs go into un usual positions?? How is he sitting? sleeping? Does his legs stick straight out?? Keep a watch out for these things and keep a good eye on him. A couple things come to mind. First, could his feet have gotten Frost Bite? Watch for signs. Second, has he been vaccinated for Mareks disease? I can't tell from the pic but sometimes trouble walking can be related to Mareks. Let's hope not and keep a eye on him.

I got him and all the other chickens from a breeder, she offers the vaccine but I don't know if she does it automatically, so probably no vaccine. What would frost bite look like? His feet are a bright pink while his legs a dule blue.
