Help Day Old Chick holding head back and falling over

One of my Day old Phoenix chicks is holiding it's head straight back (top of head touching back) and it keeps falling over. It is eating and drinking. I know I read somewhere that a blind chick did this, it's eyesight seems fine. Any suggestion?

I was going to suggest you make sure it gets lots of water but you said it is drinking. Hmmm maybe a little sugar water? Sorry not much help here.

I always put sugar in the water of my newbies. I also gave it a drop of Nutridrench, I didn't have Poly Vi Sol but Nutridrench has lots of vitamins in it. I hate that I can't watch it during the day. But I guess what ever is meant to be will be.
