Help Does anyone know what is going on with this chick?

HELP...She is scratching and pecking at her neck. she has caused scabbing. I'm not sure how to help her I didn't see any mites. Any advise would be so apricated. No other chicks are showing signs of lost feathers or mites. she was
hatched Approx. 3/2/21 its getting worse as she is scratching more of her downy Baby fuss away.

Poor chick - that looks really irritated. Is there anything she could be allergic to, like the bedding? You may find this thread helpful.

If you have Vetericyn available, I'd start spraying it on to facilitate healing. Best of luck!
