My dog just had 2 pups and she cant seem to chew the cord I cut both Even though I read 1 inch Im nervous can I get anyones knowledge on this. 2 girl pugs so far. do I have to tie the cord or just cut it I mean I know the dog doesnt tie it in a knot.

I would get a piece of string for just in case it bleeds,

if there isn't any blood where you cut it don't worry about it

it doesn't matter at all how long the cord is, except if it super long the pup might get caught up in it.

You don't need to tie anything off the grump will chew the cords herself

storminstaffs- that would be on of the assumptions I'd make, let nature to take its course, how have dogs/wolves/fox all canines survived all these years!?
