Help dosing for round worms

    I have 6 chickens and some large round worms in one stool. Please help with dosing the direction say per 100 chickens :(

    So I treated the water one day, and by the middle of the day they had knocked it over so very little was left.
    It's been a little over a week and one of my hens now has a wet looking bum? What can I do for this and what's wrong with her?
