Help !!!! Dry membrane

Sorry me again.
New to all of this does this look ok or has the membrane dried out , none of the other chicks shells came off to reveal this it was just a hole after the pip if that makes sense , now I worried it’s not going to break out xx

It doesn't look dry to me. When it dries out, it becomes noticeably yellowed and shrunken looking. Sit tight; they pip, take a nap, and then unzip.

Who long has it been since you first saw this pip? Have you heard any peeping, or seen any signs of him working on getting out? It looks fine to me so far, what is your humidity and temperature? Did you use an extra thermometer/humidity gauge in your incubator, or trust the incubators gauge?

Yep, it can take quite a while for them to get out. 12-24 hours I've heard.

We noticed it pipped at about 4.30pm and like this about 8.30pm so only a very few hours , I can see a little bit of beak and breathing and the egg is rolling around now and then , not heard any peeping yet though ,
I’m just trusting my incubator gauge at the minute l,

As long as you can see his beak, he is still absorbing the yolk. Does it look like he's making chewing motions? He will start to zip soon, and post again if he doesn't make any progress for another 12 hours.
