If you give us some more information of what is going on maybe some one here can help.
Such as color of poo brown with white cap I believe is normal is there any outward appearance change in her such as skin color head or neck or other changes.
If she has the runs she could be dehydrating making her weak its good that you wormed her just in case.
I would give my Turkeys Apple cider vinegar in the water to help maintain there health but I don't know if at this point if it would do any good or harm.
I hope there is some one here with much more knowledge that will chime in and offer more advice.
I have been very lucky with all my Fowl.

    Good Luck.

As long as since you got her thats not all you have fed her.......If she has foam comming from her eyes.
    Check this web site out.

    which says:
chicken and turkey coryza bacterial infections produce foamy, watery eyes, discharge from the nostrils, and sometimes swollen sinuses. Unlike fowl cholera, deaths rarely occur. Affected chicks and poults do not grow well, and the flock appears uneven in size.

Mycoplasma bacteria produce respiratory illnesses indistinguishable in most cases from chicken or turkey coryza.
Uncomplicated mycoplasmosis rarely kills affected birds, but serious secondary bacterial infections are common. These may result in death loss and, in the case of meat producing birds, condemnation of the carcass.

the treatment for both are antibiotics
I use aureomycin (another brand name of tylan) as there is no egg withdrawel, baytril is excellent but cant eat any eggs while treating or for 7 days after!"

    maybe this could help you?

What does it mean when the turkey just stands around with there wins down.and even in the day time it turns its head around and puts in feathers.it acts more like it is deprssed.can u tell me how to check see if it a male or female.I am beging to think that my tom is picking on her if it is a her.its like she don't want or feel like doing anything.I can just reach down and pick her up and she hates to be touched or she did before she started likeing this way
