HELP! First timer.

Hello. I'm currently hatching some chicken eggs. The incubater looks pretty crowded. I have 12 eggs and current 8 chicks have hatched (day 22) I have one poor little chick who has been trying since yesterday evening. The zip doesn't look as neat as the others and it has been sitting with its beak out of the hole. Do I leave it be or help it out?

Also it's so crowded in there the chicks are. Limping over eachother and the broken egg shells. Aside from this one I cant see if any others have popped. Do you think I can get the hatched chicks out?

There are lots of articles on this site for assisting a hatch; when and how and all that, I’d suggest reading one of those articles before deciding on what you want to do. If you do reach in to remove the chicks already hatched you do risk lowering the humidity and making it even more difficult for the struggling chick. How many hours post pip is the struggling chick?
