Best to call a wildlife rescue as keeping wild birds can be against the law I have read. I am not sure but have read something like this on BYC.

I have fed baby birds moist can dog food. do not feed worms. momma bird finds worms and regurgitates them. I did give worms to a baby bird once and it didn't digest the worms.
