Help! Hatching/Chick Question!

I have three little guys running around the incubator (first one hatched about 13 hours ago) and one with its beak sticking out of the shell.

Is it bad to do a "snatch and grab" and take the chicks out if I still have other eggs in there? I want to add some more water, too; but, that isn't overly important, I guess.

Anyone have any experience/advice? I need some of both!

I'm soooo excited to have chicks!

Leave him alone, they are fine in there for 24 hours after hatching. If you open it now you will shrink wrap it. As soon as the other one is born and dry take them out.
