Help! Hatchling with a swollen eye!

HI all. I have tworked hatchling that hatched with an eye swollen and closed. No discharge but seems to be cloudy. I have saline to flush eyes but I'm on an island that has no feed store or animal products... can I use a human ointment on these guys and which one??

Plain Neosporin, Polysporin, or Bacitracin Ointment are all good. Saline is good for cleaning the eyes.
