From what I've read here a lot of people put them on their sides on day 18, on the floor or grate of the incubator.

Well I just ordered an Rcom 20 Pro incubator and the eggs always stay on their sides the whole time. Be sure to stop turning them for the last three days and raise the humidity. My incubator does all of this automatically and is supposed to have a hatch rate of over 90%, as good as you can get.

What is your humidity? Should be 60-65% If you want to up it put some wet sponges in there.
