I have four week old chicks! I had them outside most of the day yesterday and they were doing great! Last night they were lively and doing well. Now I have a bird that is very lethargic and looks to have blood on butt and beek. My other girls are doing well but seem like they have the poops. Store doesn't open for two more hours what can I do to help! I did take the weaker of the bunch out of the flock and gave surgar water. What else can I do! Please help!

I see it's been a bit since you posted this - have you seen any changes in the chick(s) in question? Was this the first time they went outside or just the time most recent to the changes? Asking about previous exposure so that incubation periods of possible infections can be considered.

It was the first time the chicks went outdoors. All my chicks look great and we kulled the sick one. Rest of my flock is getting oregano and fresh garlic and looking great!
