HELP ! Hen or Rooster ? Husband says Rooster I say Hen

    please help me on this ,
    are they both Hens or Rooster?
    my husband that one of them is a rooster since he things he heared one craw..
    i think there are hens./.
    both around 5 month old.
    i dont know which Breed ?
    maybe you can help me on that aswell.
    if you need more pics i can do that

    Brown and white, pullet. The white one looks suspicious but it could just be a pullet at point of lay...do you have a closer pic of a side view. do you see any pointy feathers coming in above the tail or over the shoulders? If not, and they are all rounded, the white is a pullet, too...

    Sorry, I agree with your husband - the whiter bird is a cockerel. They look like red sex links of some variety.

    x2 - if they are truly the same age, then I think your white one is most likely a rooster.

    they do not have any spurs.. or is that to early to tell ?

    It looks like the whitish one has the beginnings of some pointy saddle feathers - it's hard to tell.

    thanks for sending the pic. how old is your rooster?
    i had 2 roosters before with 5 month of age.. but they had the long back feathers,.. the tail...
    so this one i dont know.. i'm already upset that this is again a rooster :(
