Help, hens afraid of my BO roo

I Have noticed that my hens have become afraid of my BO rooster. They are now 22 weeks old and I have noticed him trying to mount the hens. They just yelp and run away. Also when he comes in the coop they seem very skiddish of him. He has also turned very aggressive. I have another young BR roo that came from Cyn's eggs. Right now he seems very sweet and the girls follow him everywhere.

What should I do.

that is a natural reaction..

your hens are not ready for breeding.. what would you have them do?

they just dont want the other hens to think badly of thelm so they try to run away.

For real tho it is normal they are young and will come around as nature takes its corse.
