I had 11 amercaunas hatch..the humidity was at 74% Things seemed to be going fine. i got up this morning to check on the little guys and the humidity had dropped to 44%. I quickly threw in a sponge with warm water to help raise the humidity back up. what are the odds that the others will hatch? do you figure even though they have not pipped that they are shrink wrapped in the egg from the loss of moisture. I'm so bummed because I was being really good about not opening the bator.

Give them time, they will probably be alright. If you are worried, grab one out and candle it. I usually hatch mine out with humidity between 50 and 60, if I cannot get it higher.

Hatching vibes coming your way
