help i have troubled chickens

    Hi i'm having trouble getting my chickens to lay in their nest boxes any ideas i really need some help![​IMG]

    Can you post a picture of your nest boxes? If we can see them we might be able to spot something causing their dislike.

    Put Plastic eggs in there to show them were to lay

    Where are they laying now? Floor of the coop or outside. If they have previously used the nest boxes it may be that it is too hot in the coop. Don't know your climate but on hot days mine seek out shady bushes.

    they lay outside and this next week it's going to be pretty hot in Iowa. i don't no way they lay outside
