First I apologize for the terrible pictures, I will go out tomorrow and get much clearer pictures. My wife bought these 4 Buff Orpingtons under the deal that they were all hens. After I got home and did some research I am not so sure that she didn't buy 4 roosters.

Can anyone help?

Edit: Uploaded better pictures.

We can and will be taking them back. Seller was/is clueless. Oh well.

Well I'm glad you can return them. Seller either clueless or knew full well what they were doing! Unfortunately it happens often, if you stick around on this forum you will see that unsuspecting people get duped all the time. Hope you get some nice pullets instead!

Glad the seller will at least take the boys back, good luck getting some nice pullets.

Yep, all roosters. Glad the seller will make it right.

If you want, when you go to buy more birds, have the seller send you pics and post them here before you buy. We've had good luck with folks doing that.

Well now they are saying they won't take them back. Sigh it's our fault for not paying attention, but people should do what's right. Is it worth going to small claims court over 60 bucks?

Yepp, all roos...beautiful ones! I think I would see about getting my money back from them (or maybe half of it back), keep the roosters, then try to find homes for them. People who don't know what the sex of their chickens are shouldn't be selling them. That is false advertisement, at least they should have said not sure of sex. Hopefully they are truly clueless and weren't trying to sneak one over on you guys. Stinky situation you are in

My idea is probably way out there though, I don't know of many people who would give a refund without getting the "product" back.
