I don't know what is wrong. I got it about 2 hours ago and he has problems. Its head is tilted, its chirp is more like a gasp. the temps in my brooder are 95-97 F degrees. I am feeding them chick starter and the water has the medication that they gave me at the store. please help

What kind of shavings are you using? Are you covering them with paper towels so they learn where food is? Some chicks do die and fail to thrive, so don't take it too hard if everything else is fine. As for medicated water... not necessary in my book.

Did you hatch this chick yourself? (I want to make sure about that ) What medication are you putting in the water?

Yes, we'd need more info. What medication? Chicks don't need meds in their water at hatch unless they actually are hatched with a disease. He could be too hot if gasping. Is it on shavings? Are they cedar, which is toxic? Any number of things could be going on.
