thanks for your help!
Total guess here but RSL?
Oh dear....is there an acronyms list somewhere? I don't know what Rsl means
Red Sex Link
Edited to add: Here is a link to a thread that has a lot of the acronyms you will see on the site https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=241913
Ohhhhhh had to google that! I'm a newbie! The person who gave them to us thought they were plymouth rocks but they don't seem to look like the images I pulled up on line. Thanks for your reply
Quote:Thanks so much
Anyone else wanna take a guess?
Maybe white rocks. I'm unfamiliar with the chicks, but I know that my RSL's were very red as babies.
Quote:Thanx! The little bit of black on the wings is throwing me but I'm very new to this
They look exactly like my baby White Plymouth Rocks, except for the black coloring feathers starting on their wings. My white rocks feathers are coming in pure white. Maybe that is what you get when you breed white rock w a barred rock?!?
Sorry for the side ways pictures...
A pic of the mixed rocks a few weeks ago.
A pic of the white rocks wings.... all white.
