help identify

    Here are the seven chicks I hatched, need help in identifying some

    chick 1
    parents are purple white eye male and india blue hen

    it is either from bronze blackshoulder pen or whitexpied pen

    Chick 5 looks like a BS and 6&7 look white. Don't know about the rest.

    Chick 2 look to be a purple if it is it a hen. Chick 5 look to be blackshoulder the other yellow chicks look like white and the darker chicks look like india blues

    1. blue white eye split purple male
    2. purple hen chick
    3.4. blue split purple w.e. male
    5. blackshoulder could be broze color but will have to wait on color.

    Chick 1 is a blue split white it will carry the white-eye gene but is not showing it. Notice how much darker he is from chick 3 and 4. The reason it has white flight is because it has pick-up a white gene from the white-eye gene.
    Chicks 3 and 4 are india blue white-eye notice the silver frosting on the feathers. All 3 of these blue chicks should be males split purple.

    1 lot of white flights....trying to see from parents , look split white or dark pied...but that means both parents need to be splits.


    All the male chicks from the purple peacock will be blue split purple, and his daughters will all be purple, good wat to sex his young at day old...unless purple hen ,is in the pen also.
