Ok, I purposely did not set my bators up this year so I wouldn't hatch any. Than it happened...Ideal set an email [IMG] and well, they were on sale so I just had to rescue some, right?

They came today- 40 standard mix and25 bantam mix. They are sooo sweet:jumpy How could I think I could go a year without them???[IMG] Now comes the best part, trying to figure out what they are:idunno Any ideas??

I do have a question though...will I EVER be cured of this addiction??? [IMG] I'm so glad I have a place to come and speak of this addiction with others who are as, if not more, addicted as I.[IMG]

Here are some pics of my new "kids"[IMG]

If there was a cure, I am sure that my husband would have found it for me by now!

Looks like you have some Polish in there and I think I saw a couple EE's. Hope they all do well and get us some more pics!! [IMG]

Quote:You get as many as you want and then tell him that he just doesn't understand; however many you get IS 6 in chicken math!

And there is no cure or 12 step program for us addicts, chicken addicts that is..............

Congrats on the new chickies!! [IMG] Nope no cure!
    Recent discussion with DH:
Me: There will be more chickens.
    DH: No there won't
    Me:Yes there will
    DH: No there won't
    Me: YES THERE WILL
DH: I'm getting another dog then, a BIG one.
Me: OK just not a German Shepard, they are not so good around horses.
DH: Huh? (I don't think he expected my reply LOL)

So I am considering this his permission even if he doesn't get the dog!
