Can someone look at these pics of my 6 week old Cochin and tell me if this is normal?

I am pretty sure bald pates on neck and shoulders are common on male young pullets. I see it a lot on my orp pullets. They usually feather out completely soon after. To support good feather growth you can add sunflower oil to their water three times a week and make sure their feed is 15 - 20 percent protein.

Yes...Normal...That is feather growth...If you are feeding grower crumble no need to supplement with other things....
