The African Goose seems kinda overly edited to me..... This is getting harder each round.

So when I'm judging I ask myself "Even if this shot has been edited, does this look like it could be natural?" If yes, I will judge it under the "not excessively processed" criteria. If it is garish or just doesn't look natural, I'll reject or score it down (depending on the judging criteria)

This is my rule of thumb, it may or may not work for others. It lets me be consistent and stay as objective as possible to all participants (within my own perception of course).

Like the hens in snow one? I thought that one was way over edited but the rules didn't say anything about it so I thought it was okay.
