Help me ID this chick? DeUccles???

My brother ordered a Cackle hatchery surprise, and this gem came with it.
There are a few different colored ones that have the same long feathers on the back of their upper legs.
He dislikes feather legged chickens, so I will end up with them.
Here are a couple pictures of the one, the feathers on their upper legs are very long, and actually cross each other.
They are about half the size of the other chicks, so I am assuming bantam.
Could they be DeUccles??

I am going to say black mottled cochin (I am guessing). I don't see muffs (poofy cheeks).

Cochins can have vulture hocks but they aren't supposed to.

However- I have had d'Uccles that didn't have the muffs and were every bit as cute. Cutie pie!

It could still be a d'Uccle...I don't know.
