Help me IM Loosing chicks

my chicks are hatching But im loosing them I had 9 2 did not make it out the shell so i tryed helping them and I lost 4 more I got 3 alive but one it very week and 2 more cracking out now what do i do if they cant get out

If you have to help them out of shell, gently pick the shell, in a small zip, around the egg without breaking the membrane. Then wet the exposed membrane with some warm water (make sure you don't get any in chicks face/beak) and put the egg back in bator. The chick should be able to get out on its own then. They are a little weak sometimes when they come out and will lie there quietly for awhile before attempting to get up. If they're out, they're o.k.

It can take chicks 24 - 36 hours to get out of a shell.

When you helped was there any bleeding from shell and membrane?

How did you determine they were in danger and could not get out of the shell?

What is your ambient temp and humidity inside the incubator?
