My neighbor who built my chicken coop and gave me a feeder ( he once had chickens) says he thinks he has an Incubator in his back room so I might have access to an incubator [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] So if I do what breed should I get? I all ready have
    5 EEs
    2 RIR
    2 WL
    7 CM
    4 BR
    2 BA
Any and all suggestings are welcome.
( and I thought I would have to pay $40 something bucks for an incubator [IMG] )
More info in post #10 and #16

Dorking!!! Ancient breed favored by Caesars for their taste. Very gentle bird, prolific layer of white eggs and a good broody bird that makes a great mother. What is not to love![IMG]

I don't have much experience but our bantam cochin is the sweetest thing. We named her Coccolina meaning "tiny cuddles" in Italian. She just sits on your lap and sings so sweetly [IMG]

Everyones going to shun me for recomending these birds but... turkens. They have such a personality and withstand heat and cold very well.

Silkies and Polish and phoenix and bantam cochin! Maybe something frizzled and I agree a turken. I will hopefully be getting a half turken in some eggs I've got coming.
