HELP!!!!!!! My chicks pecked one chicks tail feathers off

My chick has a bloody tail. her feathers are gone and there are only little nubs left. she is in pain but i have seen her peck at it too. i have separated her from the group to heal. but i do not know what else to do. please respond.

can i put peroxide on it

no.to the peroxide.put some neosporine.and to keep her separated.they will continue to peck her if they see blood.
