Help!! my day old silkie keeps picking at her feet feathers.

We just got our day olds today, and the silkie keeps picking at her feet feathers. Her one foot is bleeding. I put vapor rub on her feet but it doesn't seem to be helping. What should I do???

Wash them off real good with Dawn Dishwashing liquid. You'll have to do it a few times a day, but she should quit.

I had one that done that. Tried everything and nothing worked but that.
