Help..my Duck is laying this.?????

Can someone please tell me why Pebbles is is laying these....she is only 18mths old & was laying daily,in very good health,eating,drink8ng,being cheeky....now she is lethargic,swollen abdomen...

Hi,Been to the Vets & Pebbles is now on strong antibiotics for 8 days, so I’ve got everything crossed she is going to be ok. Vet couldn’t feel any mass or discharge or anything untoward. She seems a little better but just taking one day at a time....Thank you all so much for your help & kind words....I will keep you all updated as time goes on

Sure hope she is back to her ole self pretty fast

UPDATE......
Hi everyone,well this is now day 4 Pebbles that has been on her Antibiotics & what an improvement .....I’m now hoping & She is over the worse & on the mend....
I’ve had 3 perfect size eggs the last 3 days...is this a good sign or could I still lose her????

About my sick duck Pebbles back in Oct...Pebbles was doing amazing after I nursed her back from being so sick,but unfortunately yesterday with such sadness & a heavy heart I had to let her go due to becoming poorly again ( egg peritonitis).
She fought so hard but I couldn’t continue to let her suffer.
She really was my little human duck companion from a few hrs old. I had an amazing 21mths being her mummy.

You done your best for her and I can see in your pictures she knew she was loved.
Big for you.
I know it's hard to lose them.

Hi, Thank you all so much for all the lovely words. To say I’m heartbroken is an understatement ....some people say “it’s only a Duck” & just don’t get it.....Well Pebbles wasn’t jus (a Duck) she was funny smart super intelligent & had her own personality & was the most loving Duck you could ever meet...I’m still have lots of tears but I’m also now smiling when I remember our 21mths together . I would just like to say what an amazing bunch of people you are & am very greatful to be on this page

Hi,This is what I got from Pebbles this morning,1st proper egg in weeks. She seems a lot brighter & even ran to me today(was just a shuffle before) .I will still be taking her to Vets to get some Antibiotics just to be on the safe side ..... thank all so much
