Help! My little muscovy is lonely and needs a companion!

    You can only buy them by the dozen, and I just can't have that many. I am very attached to my duckling, whom I rescued from a bunch of awful vandals, boys who and smashed all but two of the eggs. I brought them both home; at first they were both moving, but then one died, leaving my baby alone. He is frantic when I am not around. I would like to get just one more duck, but most places have a minimum.

    I live in Mississippi. Tupelo, specifically; it's close to Memphis.
