Just an update on my drake he is still recovering but I have a question his penis looks like its dead tissue about a half inch of it is still pink and healthy looking but the rest looks like its all dead so I was wondering if I can put a rubber band on it to get rid of that part I don't think it does him any good anymore anyway but I still need an opinion

I haven't done it, but I am pretty sure there are some posts in the archive here about removing the necrotic tissue from a prolapsed phallus. That would be the way to go.

ok cuz I believe that he needs to have it removed so he can rejoin the flock cuz nothing has changed and it just looks bad
