I was walking to my chickens hoop and I saw two rooster fighing, when i came closer I saw that one of them was missing a spur.

I was wondering if the spur will grow back, im worry that he won't be to defend himself.

Put some antibiotic cream on the area if it looks open and could get infected. But spurs can grow back. Some chicken keepers actually remove their roosters spurs on a regular basis.

If it came of completely there is a good chance it won't grow back, have had that happen to my birds before.

Spurs are like human finger nails, my rooster's spur came off a few days ago too. It shouldn't be a problem if it isn't infected.

I would recommend putting some antibiotic cream on it and if it’s bleeding a lot, wrapping it
