HELP!My silkies eye is injured

My silkie rooster eye is buldging out of his head and it is shut closed.if you need pics just ask and ill put them on.

pics would help but do you know how it got hurt? Is it by itself or is there more Chickens? How old is it?

im not really sure how to put a pic but it was with 2 other hens but its byitself now and it is about 5 monthes old.

how is he? if you still have him sak his eye with a warm washrag to get it open and wipe out any pus or goo in it
