Help-my Turkey Won't Stand Up

Hatched My First Turkey In A Still Air Incubator 2 Days Ago And He Is Doing Just Fine. The Second One That Hatched Can Not Stand Up. He Just Lays Down With His Legs Straight Out Behind Him. its not like spraddle legs i have seen on the internet. He Can Stand Up With The Help Of One Finger Up Against His Chest But If You Take It Away He Falls Down And Flaps His Wings And Peeps Wildly. Is He Going To Be Okay? Also I Still Have 6 Other Eggs In The Incubator. How Long Do I Keep Those In There? Is There A Chance They Will Still Hatch? It Has Been 2 Days Since The First Came Out On The 25th Day

make sure he is near the food and water, and start doing physical therapy on him by holding him into standing position for a while to get those muscles he stands with strengthened. I don't know what else to do...maybe someone else will come along with more info.
