Help! New hatch Baby chick can't walk!

this chick couldn't make it out of the shell and I helped him (I know it's wrong but he couldn't break out) he was bleeding from his butt when it first hatched and here are the pics of the egg and the how much blood. However, the pic of him is taking after hours and after helping him to stop the bleeding by adding cream for cuts. Now it's been hours since yesterday's 3:00 and he can't walk nor stand and he fall on his back and sometimes I have to help him because he can barely breath when he's on his back. I've noticed he has big feet unlike the other chick that I thought was helathy becashe it hatche by itself? And also what breed are they? Please help I feel bad for him he can't walk nor stand he crual and fall to the side and in his back .
