Help! Our favorite hen Sammy (2 year old salmon favorelle) has come down with a canker in her mouth

I read to treat it with metronidazole. I found metronidazole 20% 200 powder online at Foys pet supply but i can not find dosage for chickens. Can anyone please advise?

Also, she is the only one out of our flock of 30 thay we can see it in, but should we still treat the whole flock? The do share a run when not free ranging.
